About
Fé Care provides personal care support to post hospitalisation recovering persons and to those who prefer to receive care in their own homes rather than be in Care Homes. Our business is to provide the regulated activity of Personal Care.
We also provide supported living services and domiciliary care services to young adults and adults who are vulnerable and with diagnosis in AUTISM, LEARNING DISABILITIES, STROKE VICTIMS, EPILEPSY, MENTAL ILLNESSES, and/or Dual Diagnosis.
Our Management Team comprises of professionals who have worked in Health and Social Care. After accumulating relevant degrees at higher institutes of learning and subsequent vast experience in the health and social care sector, we decided to give back to the community by helping vulnerable adults through supported living services. It is a journey full of compassion, love, respect and dignity which we will continue to walk with our service users until we achieve the outcomes for them to live independently. This we will achieve through supporting and involving our users to make their own decisions and engaging them in daily tasks and activities of their choice as equal members of the community.
